A team is as strong as its weakest link

I find this quote is really meaningful.....

A team has to work toghether and how strong the team is actually how strong is the weakest member...

think about it


Imagine a chain...
when we pull the chain, we give presure to it.
the harder we pull, the more presure that is in the chain.
if we pull harder and harder, the chain will eventually break if the chain cannot sustain the presure.
but the moment the chain break is when its weakest link in the chain break.

think about it,
this same goes to the team.
the chain juz now is like a team of people...
the problem is like the presure that is given to the chain.
so, a team can actually break down just like that if the weakest member in the team is down.

eveyone in the team is important...every member in the team is very important...
because even when one member is down....the whole team will colapse...
